Proofreading Sample
We will correct any lingering grammatical, spelling, punctuation, or formatting errors. Proofreading ensures a clean, ready-to-print/publish final product and is available for 1-3 cents per word.
Copy Editing Sample
As native English speakers, we will make suggestions to improve readability, flag factual inconsistencies, and break-up large paragraphs, if needed. We will also examine the manuscript line-by-line and correct any errors in grammar, spelling, usage, and punctuation. This service is available for 4-6 cents per word.
Content Editing Sample
Content Editing reduces redundancy and repetition, catches inconsistencies, and improves flow and readability. We are happy to restructure clunky sentences and may alter your word choices to improve clarity. We will make suggestions for changing the order of sentences and paragraphs and, if needed, flag inconsistencies within the manuscript, in addition to copy editing and proofreading the project. As this is our most involved and intensive service offered, the rate is 7-10 cents per word.
